Description
This public performance to over 2000 people (the largest documented concert at this venue since 1970) represents the first time ever—in Australia and in the world—for a yidaki player to collaborate with a carillonist through live music-making and performance as united ensemble, whereby all sounds are projected in real-time and in a fully synchronised manner. The performance is an Acknowledgement of Country through live musical performance, a sound-based conversation and coming together, and of mutual respect and harmony, between First Nations people and all other inhabitants of Australia.| Period | 11 Oct 2025 |
