In August 2023, Josh was appointed as the LX convenor. His duties include supporting the content creation teams and developing procedures, such as on-the-road checklists, pre- and post-participant emails, quantification of metrics for reporting (monetary, participants breakdown, course breakdowns.) and strategies for new dates, locations, and courses. He is also responsible for applying for grants (DBI, APS in 2023) and developing client relationships. His work at times involves updating slides, organizing important details like room layout, food catering, and invoices, responding to client emails, working with CLT and Comms to update the websites, and organizing meetings. Additionally, he reports to the leads and the school director.
In 2024, Josh will onboard and support the new Learning Experiences Convenor as needed.
