Australian Tax Office EL2 Talent Program guest speaker

Description

Participated as a guest speaker at the Australian Taxation Office’s EL2 Talent Development Program (EL2 TDP) Leadership Lab #1. The EL2 TDP is a flagship leadership program, bringing together high-performing, high-potential EL2 participants from both the ATO and across the Australian Public Service. As part of the program, participants will explore the topic ‘Artificial intelligence and inequality: who is seen, who is reduced, and who is left out?’ during the final live case study element in August. To enrich the learning experience in this program, we are seeking to involve experts early in the journey. The role as a guest speaker involved 3 round-table discussions with participants, lasting 25 minutes. During these discussions I shared valuable insights and enhance participants understanding of the topic.
