Raised the question of whether the ARDC should make state-level submissions, then acted as the ARDC’s point of contact with the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, obtained the review documents and submission portal details, set up the submission template, coordinated the drafting with Richard Ferrers, and drove the internal clearance to the deadline. The submission argues for data sharing across public, private and research sectors and for FAIR principles and persistent identifiers as a better framework than download counts for tracking reuse.
