Description

“Research Integrity Advisor Data Management Workshop: A National Approach to Capability Development”. Presentation to the INORMS 2016 Congress in Melbourne on 14 September 2016 setting out the Research Integrity Advisor data management workshop programme as a national approach to capability development. INORMS is the biennial global congress of the International Network of Research Management Societies, held 11–15 September 2016 at the Melbourne Convention Centre. The paper was co-authored with Dr Daniel Barr, Ted Rohr, Dr Paul Taylor and Justin Withers — the same agency and university partnership that ran the workshops — with Paul presenting. This is the earliest presentation of that programme in the record and the direct precursor to the ARMS 2017 paper “RIA Data Management Workshops: Lessons Learned in Building a National Capability Development Activity” and to the 2016–18 workshop series delivered with the ARC and NHMRC at the University of Melbourne, UNSW, QUT, Adelaide, RMIT and the University of Tasmania. Organisation: International Network of Research Management Societies (INORMS).
