Reviewed the Office of the National Data Commissioner’s draft Data Sharing Agreement template at the Director’s request and produced the analysis that became the ARDC’s comments, identifying the absence of a definitions clause, the absence of an explicit exclusion of uses not named in the agreement (by analogy with research ethics approval), and the absence of any provision for periodic review of a long-running agreement.
