Organiser of FAIR Data Policy Roundtable – “FAIR data to drive innovation”

Description

Paul described himself as “one of the organisers of the event”. He drafted and issued invitations to Commonwealth agencies (Department of Industry, MRFF, NHMRC) and to university leaders, managed RSVPs, reviewed the run sheet and program, and coordinated speakers. Evidenced across roughly twenty-five email threads between April and June 2019. The day ran in two parts: a morning meeting of the learned academies at Ian Potter House, then an invitation-only policy roundtable in the afternoon at the Shine Dome. Attendees included Simon Hodson, Executive Director of CODATA, and Adrian Burton (ARDC).
