Responding as one Portfolio - scenario activity

Description

Invited by the day-long event organisers to co-design and run a 2-hour scenario session for ~130 participants across all levels and areas of the Portfolio.

The participants, organised in groups with representation from multiple areas of the Portfolio, worked collaboratively to draft the Portfolio's response to a series of scenarios, including (i) major and complex new research funding, (ii) foundational improvement projects and (iii) external technological shocks. Participants then shared reflections and insights on the strengths and vulnerabilities of the Portfolio, and recorded open questions for the Portfolio to tackle.

This was the #1 cited session in the feedback form for "Which session did you enjoy the most?"
