The Long-term Insights Briefings help the Australian Public Service (APS) develop policies that meet the needs of the Australian community now and in the future, by shining a light on significant long-term issues we may face as a country. The current Briefing is on the Future of Government Services and looks well beyond our current transformation, to explore how the Australian Government can move beyond service delivery for the community to working with Australia’s diverse communities based on their needs and preferences. The event is a joint workshop with experts from the APS, academia and industry, alongside community representative organisations.
