As an initiative of the College Early Career Academics (ECA) Leadership Group, I have organised a 1.5 hour-long networking event with other ECA members in the group (Rahul Shome, SOCO; Danlu Guo, SOEN; Rebbecca Thien, SOEN; Karthika Prasad, SOEN) to provide a platform for researchers from all career stages to connect and find peers for future collaboration. The first half an hour was a grant information session, delivered by the College Research Office (CRO), and we had the pleasure of having 23 participants across the university to network with each other for the remaining hour.
This event was organised with the support of the CRO and College ERIC portfolio.
