Running an interactive, experiential workshop to explore and deepen understanding of the fundamental conditions and capabilities of systemic leadership, exploring what capabilities look like in practice. The workshop will integrate adaptive and systemic leadership practices being explored through my research, such as collaboration, reflexivity, power awareness, relational practice and nervous system awareness.
