Biography
Dr Aaron Tang is an Honorary Lecturer at the Australian National University's Fenner School of Environment and Society. Aaron's research focuses the systemic risks of emerging technologies.
Aaron's PhD examined the feasibility and desirability of last-ditch efforts to address climate change, namely greenhouse gas removal and solar geoengineering.
Aaron was previously the co-convenor of ENVS3020/6307: Climate Change Science & Policy, a Policy Analyst at the Australian Academy of Science, and a Research Affiliate with the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk at the University of Cambridge.
