Biography
Alessandra Capezio completed her PhD at the University of Sydney and is an Associate Professor in Organisational Behaviour in the Research School of Management. Alessandra is passionate about promoting and teaching Evidence-based Practice in Management and is a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence Management. She is also the MBA Director.
Alessandra's research focuses on:

- Conduct risk & problematic work behaviours
- Corporate governance from an organizational behaviour perspective.
