Biography
Dr Amir Riaz is a lecturer in Business Information Systems at Research School of Management. His research interests lie in diverse areas such as online knowledge dissemination, knowledge production, human-computer interaction, neuro-information systems (Neuro-IS) and the development of behavioural interventions. He has published several research articles in top journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems and Information & Management. He has expertise both in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and analysis. He has also used neuroscience techniques such as electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to develop digital nudges for informational websites for the public sector. Amir is a passionate researcher and educator.
