Biography
Athaulla A Rasheed is a PhD scholar at the ANU Department of Pacific Affairs. His focus is on international relations and security of small island developing states (SIDS). He is a former foreign service officer and diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maldives, and holds a PhD in political science from University of Queensland, Australia
