Biography
Brandon Yoder joined SPIR in 2020. He holds a Ph.D. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in neurobiology from Cornell University. He has previously worked at Old Dominion University, Yale-NUS College, and the National University of Singapore. In 2024-25 he is a Visiting Fellow at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at Stanford University.
