Biography

Chad is presently an engagement and impact officer for the School of Music and School of Art & Design. 

Prior to joining the ANU, Chad was based in Edinburgh where he completed a PhD at the University of Edinburgh (2022). There he taught philosophy, writing and argumentation skills, and undertook research in ethics, well-being, and the meaning of life. 

Chad completed a MA at University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Music Performance at Box Hill Institute of Technology.

Research Interests

My research focuses primarily upon analytic philosophy. Specifically, I research:

  • the meaning of life,
  • philosophy of well-being,
  • ethics,
  • political philosophy.
