My research interests are in applied econometrics, microeconomics and computational methods. More specifically my research centers around structural estimation of dynamic models of individual and strategic choice, as well as market equilibrium models, with typical applications in labor economics, household finance and applied industrial organization.

Biography

Fedor Iskhakov is a Professor of Economics, and a 2018 Australian Research Council Future Fellow.  Fedor’s research spans applied econometrics, microeconomics and computational methods. He is particularly interested in the structural estimation of dynamic models of individual and strategic choice, as well as market equilibrium models, with applications in labor economics, household finance and applied industrial organization. Fedor’s research has been funded by the Australian Research Council’s Discovery Project and Future Fellowship programs. His work has featured in leading journals including The Review of Economic StudiesEconometricaInternational Economic ReviewQuantitative EconomicsJournal of Econometrics, and Management Science.
