Biography

I am an evolutionary anthropologist with expertise in human behavioural ecology. My research centers on the application of theory and methods from the biological and social sciences to understand human behavioural diversity in cross-cultural context. I have conducted over thirty months of quantitative ethnographic research in Indonesia and the Solomon Islands, including a five-month stint as a Fulbright Scholar (in 2014).
