Biography

Hualin Zhan is an ACAP fellow (Australian Centre for Advanced Photovoltaics) and a researcher of physics-based machine learning at the ANU. He has published a book, a book chapter, and high-impact papers in Nature Nanotechnology, Energy & Environmental Science, Advanced Materials, etc. His research interests include innovations of energy materials by physics-based machine learning and biomedical applications, aiming to explore potentially disruptive technologies. His machine learning-based software - AiNU - has provided a step-change technique for research of novel energy materials.
