Research Interests
My current research is exploring change in policing, and examining how police respond to risks in the policing environment. I am considering how police practices, procedures, capabilities and subcultures are affected by particular crimes, and the greater impact of these changes on society. I am particularly focused on policing in relation to terrorism, civil disorder, and organised crime.
