Biography

Dr Katerina Kormusheva is a Lecturer of Marketing, Management and Employability. She is also Program Leader of the College of Business and Economics’ Internships courses. Katerina is a convenor of courses focusing on experiential learning, including growing a network of businesses and organisations in which students are placed for internships or short special projects. Katerina has served as the reference group for ANU Working Groupfor the new graduate attribute “Capability to employ discipline-based knowledge in transdisciplinary problem-solving”, approved by ANU Academic board.

Katerina’s courses were part of the case studies of good practice in the group’s final report and will be part of the Trans-disciplinary requirement for students to graduate, starting in 2025.

Katerina’s research interests include pricing models and marketing of services, consumer behaviour, strategic management, innovation, marketing in agricultural technology, and sustainable agriculture.

Katerina is a Certified Practicing Marketer by the Australian Marketing Institute, and a Professional Certified Marketer by the American Marketing Association. Katerina is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK.
