Biography
Keturah Whitford is an Associate Professor and Reader in Business Law, and Director of Students and Learning in the College of Business and Economics at ANU. Her research interests are in business law and company law. Keturah has published in areas of company and insolvency law, banking law and business law including as an author of the leading business law text Understanding Business Law. Her work has appeared in leading academic journals including Journal of Banking and Finance - Law and Practice.. Keturah is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in South Australia, The Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.
