Biography

Luca is a Lecturer of Statistics at the Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics of the Australian National University, in Canberra, Australia. His research interests range from methodological and computational statistics to statistical theory, with a particular focus on variational approximations and generalised linear mixed models. 

Luca is also the current president of the Australian Capital Territory branch of the Canberra branch of the Statistical Society of Australia.
