Full Professor at the Research School of Chemistry, Australian National University.

Appointed as Fellow in December 2002; promoted to Senior Fellow/Associate Professor in January 2006; promoted to Professor in January 2012.

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney from 1997-2002, Lecturer at Massey University, New Zealand from 1994-1997, Postdoctoral Fellow at Research School of Chemistry, The Australian National University (with Professor Lew Mander) from 1991-1994. PhD from University of Nottingham, UK in 1991.

Awards: 2008 A. J. Birch Medal of the Organic Division of the RACI. I was also awarded the 2006 Le Fèvre Memorial Prize of the Australian Academy of Science.
