Biography
Molly Saunders is a Research Associate in the Department of Policy and Governance at the Crawford School of Public Policy. She is currently researching the experiences of young people with disability and young carers in relation to institutional listening. As a PhD Candidate at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Molly's research examines gender inequity and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), using a capability-based understanding of human rights. She is currently an associate at the UNSW's Australian Human Rights Institute.

Molly co-lectures Policy Advocacy (POGO8083) at the ANU. She previously tutored two units at the Centre for Social Impact, UNSW: Creating Social Change (COMM1000) and Social Entrepreneurship Practicum (COMM5030).
Prior to commencing her PhD, Molly worked in various international and national human rights advocacy organisations; and, as a graduate administrative lawyer.
