Biography

Parvathala Reddy Narangari (Reddy) was born and brought up in India. He received Master Degree in Materials Science from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. He also holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physics from India. He moved to Australia to pursue his PhD at Australian National University. He received his PhD from Research School of Physics and Engineering, ANU in 2019 for his research work on developing III-V semiconductor nanostructures for solar energy conversion applications. After finishing his PhD, he worked as a Research Officer on Si photovoltaics at Research School of Engineering, ANU for 3.8 years. He is currently a Research Fellow in the ACT-H2 program at Research School of Engineering, ANU. His research interests include design and engineering of catalysts for hydrogen production, renewable hydrogen production technologies, photocatalysis, and III-V and Si devices for solar energy conversion applications.
