    Project Details

    Description

This project investigates the efficacy of a novel internet-based insomnia treatment program (SHUTi) (L. Ritterband et al., 2009) as a prevention tool for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Individuals with subclinical depressive symptoms and the risk factor of insomnia will be recruited from the community, provided with an online automated self help program and followed for 18 months.
