Expressions of Interest- The ABC is seeking an independent consultant to evaluate the impact of the of the ABC Trailblazers program. Trailblazers is one of a suite of youth development initiatives run under the ABC Heywire banner, all of which aim to give a voice to regional youth and build their capacity to strengthen their communities.The aim of this impact evaluation is to assess the impact of the Trailblazers program on participants, their social change projects, and their communities.
