Project Details
Description
This project assembles a consortium to address the advanced alkaline AEM
electrolysers supply chain issues. In partnership with Indonesia, it will
establish alternative nickel sources. Leveraging the expertise of
SunGreenH2 in Singapore and SolidHydrogen in Australia it will simplify the
balance of plant in electrolysers and enable new levels in cost
competitiveness while reducing vulnerabilities. The innovation will be
validated in French Polynesia and Indonesia, and test paths for local Indo-
Pacic manufacturing. Techno-economic analyses, life cycle assessments
and social studies with Vietnam will conrm pathways to acceptance,
demand growth and mechanisms to strengthen our supply chain for a
sustainable Indo-Pacic energy future.
