Project Details
Description
The results and technologies obtained within this project will be applied for the production of gas sensors, based on semiconductor oxide, which remains stable over time, and can be used for environmental monitoring and security, for the detection of harmful and easily flammable gases such as ammonia, methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, and VOCs. Sensor stability will be improved over time through functioning in the atmosphere with high humidity, and also by doping and alloying with other semiconductor oxides.
