Description
Women comprise 75% of the healthcare workforce, yet are highly under-represented in leadership, impacting equity and health outcomes. This partnership, will generated evidence on effective organisational interventions to advance women in healthcare leadership. Researchers aim to address partner priorities with implementation research on evidence-based organisational interventions, generating an implementation toolkit for scale to advance leadership equity and improve healthcare.
