Agrivoltaics: Integrating profitable agricultural production and renewable energy generation.

This project will use data from across Australia to investigate ways for agrivoltaics to be integrated with profitable agricultural production systems, demonstrating how farmers can lower emissions while generating multiple value streams from their land. Such co-production of renewable energy and agricultural produce is expected to address an important adoption barrier to the low-emission energy transition.
