Description
A critical issue for a regulator such as the ACCC which administers access pricing regulation is how to allow for capital and other costs when setting access prices. This has been an issue which has raised much interest and controversy in recent determinations by the ACCC. The aim of this project is to analyse these issues. The expected outcome would be a set of Working Papers culminating in a PhD thesis on this topic.
