Description
This funding will support Robinson in reconceptualising the role of courts in Australia, from purely neutral and legal institutions, to an active political (policy-making) institutions, providing the foundation for a new dataset of judicial decision-making that aims to both explain past decisions and predict future outcomes on Australian courts.
