Project Details
Description
The aim of this Centre is to advance fundamentals of carbon science for net zero emissions by creating innovative carbon materials and enabling technologies to tackle climate change and provide a cleaner environment. Through the combination of computation-guided precision synthesis, multiscale characterisation, and multiphysicsmodelling, the Centre expects to replicate and improve nature's own carbon catalysis processes as a technologytransformation based on carbon science. This should support new industries in renewable energy with zeroemission for reutilisation carbon dioxide emissions as advanced carbon catalysts for renewable energy, environment remediation, and green chemistry.
