Project Details
Description
This project will review key elements of the new generation of employment services which came into effect on 1 July 2009 and test claims about the advantages of a model of service provision that relies primarily on trust, rather than competition and control, to achieve desired outcomes. The research will generate information on the effectiveness of recent changes to the Disability Employment Service (DES), as well as contribute to the scholarly debate about the best way to provide social services.
