Description
Beta Therapeutics Pty Ltd (BT) has identified small molecule heparanase (Hpse) inhibitors from a high throughput screen. The goal of this project is to develop novel variants of three prioritised families of compounds through a medicinal chemistry program focused on identifying variants with higher potency (IC50 against Hpse in vitro) and solubility for further biological testing.
