BIs-Conjugates in the Endogenous Profile of Steroids (BICEPS II)

A previous WADA funded project (BICEPS) showed the potential usefulness of some steroid bis-conjugates for the screening of EAAS misuse. This follow-up project (BICEPS II) aims to continue with the evaluation of these metabolites for doping purposes. The identity of the most promising markers found in BICEPS will be confirmed and a quantitative method will be developed. BICEPS II will reveal the actual usefulness of bis-conjugates for screening of EAAS misuse.
