    Description

    The aim of this project is to address a range of fundamental problems of stabilization and coherentsynchronisation in quantum feedback control systems, leading to new systematic methods of designingcontrollers for the interacting quantum systems arising in emerging areas of quantum technology. Quantumfeedback control systems will be at the heart of emerging areas of quantum technology and stability isessential for their operation. Standard control system methods do not take into account the special featuresof quantum systems and there is a need for new control theories that deal with stabilisation andsynchronisation as quantum technologies become more advanced.A6.
