Description
Suicide is the leading cause of death in young Australians. This fellowship aims to lower the risk of suicide by better understanding the social facilitators of suicide and testing new interventions that aim to promote positive social connections and timely help-seeking for suicidal thoughts and behaviour. Practical outcomes will include new evidence-based programs for parents and youth and implementation guidelines to support the delivery of these programs in schools.
