Design Services of Veloce Verde and Azzuro Upgrade to the Veolce Rosso Spectrograph

The purpose of this letter of intent is to set out the following intentions of the parties in relation to the provision of design services for the Veloce Verde and Azzuro upgrade, while UNSW and ANU are currently finalising contract review and details of the overall project scope for the design, build and delivery of Veloce Verde and Azzuro upgrade to the Veloce Rosso Spectrograph: ANU will commence its delivery of a design services of Veloce Verde and Azzuro upgrade to the Veloce Rosso Spectrograph based on material and time basis but limited to a maximal cost cap of AU$60,000. UNSW and ANU will execute an Agreement for Supply of Veloce Verde and Azzuro upgrade to the Veloce Rosso Spectrograph as soon as reasonably possible, subject to the terms of ARC LIEF grant and the MIA.
