Developing a blueprint for an international 'web-first' panel

The European Social Survey (ESS) has been developing its web-interviewing infrastructure since 2017 by UK. This scoping study aims to scope the requirements for adding an international component (beyond Europe) to the ESS panel and setting up an infrastructure for a future large-scale, probability-based, input-harmonised international panel led by the UK.The study will conclude by publishing a costed Blueprint for the international panel infrastructure including information on how the panel could be supported by the UK infrastructure fund.
