    Description

The non-alcoholic beer yeast market is worth AUD$2.2B p.a. globally and is growing at 8% p.a.. We will build thefoundation for Australian participation in this market by:developing a streamlined digital workflow to target, screen, sequence and analyse non-alcoholic beer yeasts withunprecedented efficiency and effectivenessidentifying the genes that make these yeasts special, enabling us to create strong IP protections and expandcommercialisation pathwaysconducting small scale commercial trials of non-alcoholic beer made with our new yeastsselecting the five best strains of high-performing bioprospected Saccharomyces yeasts for furthercommercialisation
