Project Details
Description
Dissipative soliton laser is a new research area in modern science which provides an excellent framework for understanding complex pulse dynamics in mode-locked lasers. By further developing the theory, lasers that generate pulses with outstanding characteristics can be designed in relatively simple and reliable ways. The aim of this project is to provide a roadmap for designing a novel class of laser systems that can generate high-energy femtosecond pulses. This will allow an easy access to high-quality optical pulses which have now become one of the essential tools in various sectors in science and technology.
