    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

The proposed infrastructure will promote research excellence in the fields of drug delivery, environmentalscience, catalysis and energy storage. Many of the projects supported by the infrastructure will develop moreefficient ways to store renewable energy, develop novel capabilities to remediate environmental hazards andwaste, and accelerate cutting edge development of various anti-cancer therapies. Thus, the projects supported bythe requested infrastructure have a high applicability to addressing key societal issues, such as energy security, environmental impacts and health. As such there is potential for providing job opportunities for highly skilledworkers and tremendous commercial benefit to the Australian economy by opening possibilities for thedevelopment of high value products.
