    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

The project aims to develop outdoor-stable, Australian-made perovskite (PVK) and perovskite-silicon (PVK-Si) tandem solar cells and modules, a key milestone in achieving the '30-30-30' target for ultra-low-cost solar photovoltaic (PV) in Australia. To accomplish this, the project will:Establish state-of-the-art outdoor monitoring facilities for PVK and PVK-Si tandem cells and modules.Implement outdoor photoluminescence (PL) imaging for PVK and tandem cells and modules to improve quality assessment.Define global measurement standards for the reliable assessment and comparison of the outdoor stability of PVK and PVK-Si tandem cells and modules.Conduct studies to enhance the operational lifetime of these cells and modules.
