    The Yarrabah Counts AI Tool (YCP AI) will comprise first-of-a-kind digital health infrastructure utilising Solid Personal Online Data Stores (PODs) in an indigenous context to support data privacy and agency over personal health data for Yarrabah indigenous community. This project encompasses data infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled data decision tools to support ongoing chronic disease management, wider health outcomes including well being, and response to pandemic outbreaks. Real-time data insights and decision tools will be developed for GYHS health services and individuals in community to improve individuals agency to understand their health information, in context of the wider community insights and services available. This prototype will develop open-source technology for Data Privacy, Data Sharing and AI to improve health outcomes in the community.
