Harm Reduction Review - Short Form Contract

ACT Health Directorate RFQ for the Provision of ACT Harm Reduction Review -- The Supplier will conduct a review of current illicit drug harm reduction services in the ACT to inform future Government decision making. The Review will consider: 1. What harm reduction services are currently working well in the ACT, what needs improvement and where the gaps are in the system? 2. The costs and benefits (including opportunity cost) of a Drug Consumption Room (DCR) for the ACT.
