Project Details
Description
ACT Health contracts BDSI to support collaborative research through the Health Analytics Research Centre (HARC). HARC sits within the ACT Health Centre for Health and Medical Research and nucleates a wider collaborative network with partners including the ANU. The mission of HARC is to accelerate health and medical research discovery through collaboration with research methodologists and data scientists. BDSI will support HARC's mission by contributing biostatistical expertise to build broader research capacity and advance the pace of health and medical discovery. BDSI will deliver collaborative research support to the Centre by analysing data from the Canberra Health Services and undertaking research in the areas of multi-level data imputation and clinical study design. It is expected that this work will generate publishable methodological outputs. The funds will be used to employ a post-doctoral researcher to undertake these activities
